Leading learning communities  (Munro, J., 2003). This paper summarises the model of leading learning communities. 

Implementing a learning community Munro J.(2003). This is part of an Invited  Keynote paper  presented at the Metropolitan Principals’ Conference, Geelong, June, 2003. 

Fostering school improvement through the leadership of learning (Munro 2002). This paper describes the types of activities various levels of a learning community can implement to optimize learning.   A framework for implementing systematically  activities at the school leadership,  the professional learning team,  middle level leader of learning and the individual teacher levels are described.
